One of the most popular breakfast food in Ipoh is what we call the "Yong Liu" where the delicious fish and pork are minced and tastefully stuffed into vegetables and tofu with the rich soup based. It is one of the local favourite dishes and for a few famous shops in Ipoh, one will have to wait for some time before yours is served :)
